Responsibilities
- Manage departmental scheduling and calendar coordination
- Process permits and maintain accurate public records
- Handle citizen inquiries via phone/email with professionalism
- Assist with facility maintenance coordination across 10+ parks
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word)
- Support event logistics for community programs
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with city regulations and protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in dynamic environments
- Experience with government documentation processes
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
