Responsibilities
- Manage departmental correspondence, records, and documentation systems
- Coordinate cross-agency meetings and events with executive stakeholders
- Process financial transactions and procurement requests in compliance with NYC regulations
- Prepare official reports and presentations for senior leadership review
- Provide administrative support to 3-5 agency directors
- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 60+ college credits (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in public sector or regulated environment

- Ability to obtain NYC government security clearance within 30 days
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
