Responsibilities
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain confidential records with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling for executive staff
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking using SAP software
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for public meetings and stakeholders
- Provide frontline customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with onboarding of temporary staff and equipment inventory management
- Support grant application processes and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance within 14 days of hire
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated data management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
- Washington State driver's license required
