Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-priority administrative tasks across multiple department heads
- Manage complex calendars and schedule critical meetings with external partners
- Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries using Microsoft Office Suite
- Process confidential documents with strict adherence to state compliance protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Support budget tracking and expense report reconciliation processes

Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
