- Process veteran benefit claims with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate multi-agency communications and document management
- Manage confidential veteran records under federal compliance standards
- Support veterans through direct inquiries and benefit navigation
- Generate quarterly performance reports using federal data systems
- Collaborate with legal and medical teams on case reviews
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBA, VISTA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Knowledge of 38 CFR regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive veteran data with HIPAA compliance
