Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential municipal records with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and meeting logistics
- Manage constituent inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Prepare official correspondence and administrative reports
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Support emergency response coordination during city-wide events
- Implement document retention policies in compliance with PA state regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear FBI criminal background check and PA Child Abuse Clearance
- Ability to obtain City of Philadelphia security clearance within 30 days
