Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with 98% accuracy and within SLA deadlines
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain confidential records per federal guidelines
- Coordinate veteran outreach events and community partnership initiatives
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging platforms
- Prepare routine reports using VA-approved software and databases
- Assist with onboarding new staff and training documentation
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (per federal regulations)
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail with error-free documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
