- Process veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy and timeliness
- Manage confidential records using VA's secure digital systems
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and veteran advocacy groups
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with empathy
- Prepare monthly reports using Excel and VA-specific software
- Assist in outreach events for veteran community engagement
Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- High school diploma + 2 years admin experience OR college degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass background check and VA clearance
