Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies and veteran advocacy groups
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and records in VA systems
- Assist veterans with benefit inquiries via phone and in-person
- Prepare reports and data summaries for leadership review
- Support outreach events and community engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal privacy regulations (HIPAA, VA directives)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with federal databases preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Ability to pass federal background check
