Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years of administrative experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license (may be required for travel)
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Experience with state procurement systems (e.g., ISM)
- Certification in Public Administration (CPM) preferred
