Responsibilities
- Process confidential documents and maintain accurate digital/physical records
- Coordinate agency-wide meetings and logistics for 50+ attendees
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reports with precision
- Serve as primary contact for public inquiries via phone/email
- Support HR functions including onboarding and compliance documentation
- Analyze operational data using Excel and generate monthly reports
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and program teams on cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to obtain Ohio Notary Public certification within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail with error-free documentation skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
