Responsibilities
- Process and verify citizen applications for Social Security benefits
- Maintain accurate digital records using SSA proprietary systems
- Provide courteous in-person and telephonic customer support
- Assist with data entry and document scanning procedures
- Coordinate with regional office staff on case processing
- Prepare routine correspondence and benefit notices
- Participate in quarterly training on policy updates
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
