Job Description
Join the Future of Intelligence
We are pioneering the next generation of autonomous systems. As an AI Agent Architect at Nexus Future Systems, you will be at the forefront of building self-governing AI agents designed to operate independently in complex environments. This is not just a coding role; it is a strategic engineering position focused on the 2026 vision of fully autonomous digital workflows.
Our mission is to redefine human-machine collaboration by creating agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks with minimal human intervention.
Responsibilities
- Architecting Autonomous Systems: Design and implement scalable multi-agent architectures capable of handling complex, unstructured workflows autonomously.
- LLM Integration: Leverage advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases to create agents with context-aware reasoning and memory.
- Safety & Alignment: Develop robust guardrails and safety protocols to ensure agent behavior remains aligned with human values and ethical standards.
- Workflow Automation: Build end-to-end systems where agents can collaborate to achieve high-level business objectives without constant human supervision.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize inference speed, cost-efficiency, and reliability of agent deployments.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging paradigms in Agentic AI and contribute to the company's patent portfolio.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Generative AI development.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex, and familiarity with modern vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
- Model Understanding: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and design innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with product and research teams.
