Job Description
We are building the operating system for the autonomous era. As an AI Engineer for 2026, you won't just be writing code; you will architect the neural infrastructure that powers intelligent agents capable of complex reasoning, multi-modal interaction, and self-optimization. Join a team of futurists and engineers dedicated to solving the hardest problems in Generative AI.
Why Join Us?
- Work on cutting-edge LLM orchestration and Agentic workflows.
- Competitive equity package and salary in the top 5% of the industry.
- Flexible remote-first culture with a hub in the heart of the Bay Area.
We are looking for a builder who understands the physics of language and the logic of code.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for Autonomous AI Agents using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific vertical use-cases to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Build robust evaluation pipelines and safety guardrails to ensure agent reliability in production environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex business requirements into intelligent, automated workflows.
- Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency for high-volume generative applications.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging research in multimodal AI and semantic search.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
