Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for edge and cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
