Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance

- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Familiarity with emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing and bias mitigation
