Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and infrastructure sectors
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic decision-making processes to identify bias, fairness, and transparency gaps
- Develop predictive risk models for emerging AI threats including deepfakes, autonomous weapons, and neurotech manipulation
- Author position papers for international AI summits (2026 UN Global AI Council, OECD Forums)
- Mentor ethics review boards across 15 R&D centers worldwide
- Co-create industry-wide certification standards with IEEE and ACM ethics committees
- Interface with regulatory bodies on behalf of NexusAI's ethical AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature AI Ethics, ACM FAccT) on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proven track record influencing global AI policy development
- Advanced certification in AI system auditing (e.g., CSEP, CLEA)
- Experience with quantum ethics and neuro-technology implications
- Fluency in ethical programming languages (Prolog, Haskell) for formal verification
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on at least three Fortune 500 AI implementations
