Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous quantum-AI systems

- Coordinate with UN bodies and global tech councils on AI safety standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Governance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neural networks, and AGI concepts
- Experience drafting international tech policy frameworks (UN, OECD, WEF)
- Published research on AI existential risks or ethical alignment techniques
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical algorithm development and auditing
- Fluency in cross-cultural ethical frameworks and global regulatory landscapes
