Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment
- Establish governance protocols for generative AI systems
- Advocate ethical AI standards to industry coalitions and policymakers
- Train teams on ethical AI development practices
- Monitor emerging AI risks and update governance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Experience with ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
