- Create AI risk assessment methodologies for autonomous decision-making systems
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development principles and best practices
- Publish thought leadership on responsible AI adoption in high-stakes environments
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and neural interface governance
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
