Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI deployed in high-stakes industries
- Develop industry standards for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Collaborate with policymakers on regulatory strategies for 2026-era AI legislation
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI adoption with engineering teams
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Create educational materials for stakeholders on AI accountability principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology development
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation strategies for ML systems
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies for ethical tech
- Published research or practical applications in AI ethics (preferred)
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
