Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on ML algorithms
- Advocate for ethical AI standards across engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Partner with legal to ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with industry regulators and academia
- Document ethical decision processes for audit trails and transparency
- Mentor junior teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, ML governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Published research or industry thought leadership in AI ethics
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools
