Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI architectures
- Advocate for inclusive AI design through diverse stakeholder engagement
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI through continuous research
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing AI ethics frameworks or responsible AI programs
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience conducting algorithmic audits and impact assessments
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible innovation preferred
