Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computational Social Science
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or similar regulatory compliance role
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI architectures
- Certification in AI Risk Management (CAIRM)
