What You'll Do:

Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable architectures for next-generation autonomous robots, ensuring robustness in complex environments.
- AI Integration: Oversee the deployment of deep learning models for real-time object detection, path planning, and decision-making processes.
- Hardware-Software Integration: Collaborate with firmware engineers to optimize performance on edge devices, reducing latency and power consumption.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct rigorous testing and validation scenarios to push the boundaries of current autonomous capabilities.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards across the department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or AI engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, ROS (Robot Operating System), and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), sensor fusion, and control theory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
