Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in developing corporate AI ethics policies
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Strong familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical implementation of ethical safeguards
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder engagement
- Publication record in AI ethics or responsible technology journals
