Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems across multiple industries
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop comprehensive risk assessment protocols for emerging AI technologies
- Create educational materials and training programs for technical teams on responsible AI practices
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in regulatory dialogues and industry forums
- Establish KPIs to measure ethical performance of AI deployments
- Partner with product teams to embed privacy-by-design principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Proven track record of developing ethical frameworks for high-impact AI systems
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with participatory design methods involving affected communities
