Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce trend intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Design and implement organizational futurism training programs
- Forge strategic partnerships with emerging tech incubators
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive analytics
- Mentor teams in systemic innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
