Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years AI research experience
- Proven track record in developing production-level AI systems at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or future technology implications
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and ethical AI design
- Fluency in futurist methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, scenario planning)
