Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Produce annual technology foresight reports identifying paradigm shifts in computational intelligence
- Advise executive leadership on emerging tech risks and opportunities for market positioning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for policy development
- Mentor junior futurists in critical thinking methodologies and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years in AI research
- Proven track record in technology forecasting with published papers on AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to visualize complex technological interdependencies
