Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise-wide AI strategy aligning with 2026 technological roadmaps and ethical frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI systems for autonomous decision-making
- Establish governance protocols for AI deployment including bias mitigation and transparency measures
- Partner with quantum computing teams to develop hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Drive innovation sprints for neuro-symbolic AI applications in healthcare and logistics
- Represent company at global AI policy forums and industry consortiums
- Mentor AI ethics officers and technical strategists across departments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in director-level leadership roles
- Proven track record deploying ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries
- Deep expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and neural-symbolic systems
- Published research in AI ethics or emerging technology journals preferred
- Experience managing $10M+ AI innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Certified in Responsible AI (RAI) frameworks and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Expertise in quantum-AI hybrid architectures and neuromorphic computing
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and MLOps deployment ecosystems
