Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional AI implementations generating $50M+ revenue streams
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for global deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Mentor AI talent pipeline through university partnerships and internal academies
- Present AI strategy to board members and investor forums quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or neuro-symbolic systems
- Proven track record scaling AI products to 1M+ users
- Expertise in federated learning and generative AI architectures
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Clearance for DoD/defense AI projects (preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and MLOps ecosystems
