Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of inference latency and cost-efficiency for large-scale AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
