Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 digital transformation goals
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize technology investments and R&D initiatives
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with academia, startups, and industry consortiums
- Create scenario-based models for technological disruption mitigation and opportunity capture
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor internal teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Technology Foresight, or Strategic Innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trends
- Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or innovation strategy
