Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define the AI roadmap for Aether Dynamics leading up to and beyond 2026, focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) integration.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the development of advanced neural architectures capable of handling real-time robotics navigation and decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers to optimize sensor fusion algorithms and reduce latency in autonomous units.
- Pipeline Management: Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., neuromorphic computing) to ensure our architecture remains scalable for the 2026 demands.
Qualifications:
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for embedded systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing forward-thinking solutions.
