Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for high-throughput reasoning tasks in production environments.
- Design secure, verifiable, and auditable pipelines for AI agent interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 2026 stack technologies into core products.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for AI safety and alignment.
- Experiment with emergent AI paradigms such as neural-symbolic reasoning and self-improving models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on LLMs or Generative AI.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++.
- Experience with distributed systems and high-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agent frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging technologies.
