Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and self-correction.
- Design robust frameworks for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with external APIs and databases.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for real-time performance and scalability.
- Implement safety guardrails and evaluation metrics to ensure agent reliability and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
