Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Year 2026 Strategic Vision, aligning technology goals with business objectives.
- Lead the development of scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing into core products.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to future-proof cloud architectures.
- Mentor and build a world-class engineering team focused on innovation.
- Stay ahead of global tech trends to ensure Chronos remains a market leader in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within technology, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level position.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex, innovative technology products.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their potential application in business.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change.
