Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing and AI integration frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces)
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and Fortune 500 innovators
- Present technology forecasts and innovation roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine augmentation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or Web3
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological systems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of past innovation projects with measurable impact
