Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Lead the architecture and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the development of scalable software solutions and infrastructure to support rapid growth.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to align technology initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and reliability of all systems and data assets.
- Manage the technology budget and allocate resources efficiently across projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or CTO role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 era.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
