Responsibilities

  • Records Management: Maintain, organize, and preserve all official city records, including ordinances, resolutions, meeting minutes, and contracts.
  • Meeting Administration: Prepare agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and distribute official packets to the City Council and Boards.
