Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years municipal government or public sector administrative experience
- Expertise in records management systems (e.g., Laserfiche, DocuWare)
- Thorough knowledge of DC government structure and legal procedures
- Professional certification in Municipal Clerk (CMC) or Records Management preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document automation tools
