Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of Colorado's legislative processes
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Valid Colorado driver's license
