Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all official city records, ordinances, and proceedings
- Oversee election administration and voter registration processes
- Provide public records access and Freedom of Information Act responses
- Coordinate City Council meetings, agendas, and official documentation
- Administer oaths of office and notary public services
- Lead records management and document preservation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years municipal records management or public sector experience
- Wisconsin Notary Public certification required
- Proficiency in records management software (e.g., Laserfiche, DocuWare)
- Strong knowledge of open records laws and election procedures
