Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, archiving, and retrieval of all official city records, including minutes, ordinances, resolutions, and contracts.
  • Prepare, distribute, and post public notices, meeting agendas, and legal advertisements in compliance with state regulations.
  • Manage the logistics for City Council meetings, including setting up venues, distributing materials, and creating accurate meeting minutes.
  • Process incoming correspondence, maintain the office calendar, and coordinate inter-departmental communications.
  • Assist the City Treasurer in the collection of fees, fines, and permits to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure strict adherence to privacy laws and public records requests protocols.

Qualifications
