Responsibilities

  • Records Management: Maintain, organize, and securely store all official city documents, ordinances, resolutions, and meeting minutes in compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, publish official publications, and provide minute-taking support for City Council and Board meetings.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for public inquiries, providing accurate information regarding city codes, permits, and meeting schedules.
  • Election Administration: Assist in the coordination of local elections, including voter registration and polling place management.
