Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate municipal records and documentation
- Process public records requests and FOIA inquiries
- Assist with council meeting preparation and documentation
- Provide frontline customer service to residents and businesses
- Manage departmental filing systems and digital archives
- Support voter registration and election coordination
- Collaborate with multiple city departments on cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Commitment to completing the full 6-month training program
- Valid Kentucky driver's license (preferred)
