Responsibilities
- Manage official city records, documents, and permits with strict confidentiality protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and businesses regarding municipal procedures
- Process applications, permits, and licenses ensuring compliance with city ordinances
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Support public meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing official documents

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative/clerical experience in government or regulated environment

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Wisconsin public records laws and municipal procedures
