Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official city records, permits, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens, businesses, and city staff via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Coordinate departmental communications and scheduling for public meetings and events
- Utilize municipal software systems for data entry, reporting, and record management
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document archiving
- Support election preparations and voter registration activities as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in public administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative/clerical experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management
