Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume data entry and maintain accurate government records and databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, businesses, and visiting officials.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute routine reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Coordinate inter-departmental meetings and schedule appointments for city leadership.
- Assist in the processing of public requests and ensure compliance with city protocols.
- Operate office machinery, including scanners, printers, and multi-line telephones.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the city.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
